 Secondary Injection Testing Kit :

 This test set is suitable for testing and calibration of all types of relays such as  Numerical Relays, 
 Microprocessor Relays, Static Relays, and even conventional Electromechanical Relays. All test sets 
 are built with facility of,
  a)   Current adjust mode. 
  b)   Automatic switch off on relay operation.
  c)   Relay operation time measurement. 
  d)   All Digital measuring instruments.

 The rating of this set is,

   1.1   0-100\250 Amp, distortion-free alternating current. Current can be selected in ranges
          of 1A, 5A, 10A, 25A, 50A & 100A\250A.

   1.2   0-440V A.C., Voltage can be selected in range of 0 - 63.5V, 110V, 230V & 440V.

   1.3   0-250V D.C., 2A, Capacity, low ripple content D.C. source.

   2.1   This set is used for testing C.T. turns Ratio and primary circuit injection etc. 
           The set can inject maximum upto 1000A at 5kVA or 3kVA with Output Voltage of 
           150V/300V/600V at 1.5kVA.

 This set is suitable for testing relays with circular characteristics, relay with specified maximum
 torque angle, relay with directional properties.

 This set has ,

   3.1   Current source upto 10A/100A.

   3.2   Voltage source upto 63.5/110V continuously variable.

   3.3   Phase shifter with continuous adjustment of phase angle from 0 to 360 degree with phase
          angle meter.

 This set is used for simulation of motor starting condition and for three phase overall recalibration of
 motor protection relay, testing and calibration of energy meters, etc.

 The rating of the set is,

    4.1   Three phase current with individual control in steps of 1A, 5A, 10A, 25A and 50A.

    4.2   Three phase voltage 110V A.C. Fix.

    4.3   D.C. source 0 - 250V DC, 2 Amp.

 This set is used for High Voltage Testing of switchgears, cables, bus-bars etc.
