Design and Engineering Services for 132 kV switchyard modification for export of power of ACC, kymore.    

a.  System Study of,

      i.   Existing power distribution scheme of operation of TG set.

      ii.  Existing Operation of export of power through TG sets and

           existing transformer.

      iii. Existing Scheme of load control with Grid and Load Sharing of

           TG sets without Grid.

      iv. Existing Grid Protection Scheme for Grid failures and Load

           Shedding Scheme.

b.  Design Engineering Scheme for,

      i.   Export of power after replacement of existing 8/10 MVA,

           132 / 6.6 kV transformer by 31.5 MVA, 132/11kV transformer.

      ii.  Synchronizing TG4, TG5 each of 25 MW rating and 132 kV Grid

           at 11 kV Bus level through existing or new synchronizing panel.

      iii. Load Control Sharing between TG4, TG5 and Grid feeder and

           Load Shedding.

c.   Procurement Assistance of Various Equipments.

d.   Detail Design Engineering for ,

      i.   Preparation of layout drawings for various equipments.

      ii.  Preparation of cable tray routing and trench routing.

      iii. Carrying out power and control cable sizing and preparation of

           power and control cable schedule.

      iv. Submission of as built drawings.

The scope of work shall include following activities,

a.  Preparation for engineering scheme for synchronizing TPP TG/EG

     and TR-110 Feeder & for export of Emergency power of 200 KW,

     from TCPP to TPP platform using the TCPP Diesel Generator &

     Vise Versa.

b.  Preparation of specification of equipment, data sheet.

c.  Preparation of report for the proposed modification with revised

     operating philosophy.

d.  Preparation of cable schedule, inter-connection diagrams.

e.  Preparation of ITP (Inspection Test Procedure) for commissioning

     the system.

f.   Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, preparation of data

     compilation report by modeling TPP & TCPP Electrical System

     on ETAP.

g.  Carrying out following power system studies for TCPP & TPP

     Electrical Distribution System. 

     i.   Load Flow Study.

     ii.  Short circuit studies (Phase to phase and phase to earth fault

          calculation to check the fault level).

     iii. Relay Setting, Relay Co-ordination for and Earth fault relay and

     iv. Unit protection settings for Generator, Transformer and Motors.

Consultancy services for carrying out Feasibility study of connecting new Generator to 3.3 kV ANP Bus.

Scope of work includes,

a.   Short Circuit Study.

b.   To develop operating philosophy of the plant.

c.   Voltage dip study.

d.   Preparation of functional specification of Generator, Transformer
      and switchgear neutral grounding resistor etc.

e.   Technical Engineering document review.

f.    Review logic of Load Shedding scheme and power management
      system.

g.   Relay setting and Relay co-ordination.

h.   Detail engineering for Generator Transformer.

Consultancy Service for 1 No. 220 kV switchyard bay addition for Transformer.

This includes,

a.   Preparation of design basis report and the summary.

b.   Preparation of Key Single Line Diagram and detail SLD for

      the proposed bay.

c.   Preparation of Plan drawings for 220 kV Bay.

d.   Carry out Basic design, finalizing equipment rating,

      procurement assistance by providing

      i.    Purchase specifications on turn key basis.

      ii.   Techno commercial scrutiny of vendors offer.

      iii.  Review of Vendor design and Vendor drawing of all

            switchyard equipments.
